Please read these Whapi terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By agreeing to the application usage policy, you agree to all of the following. If you do not agree with the following, you have the right to stop (and/or) not use Whapi as your WhatsApp API Gateway application.

Whapi has the right to reject your subscription request with or without any reason if according to Whapi you violate applicable regulations or endanger other parties inside and outside the Whapi application.

INTRODUCTION

Whapi is an Unofficial WhatsApp API Gateway application, which is a WhatsApp messaging application combined with an API so that it can create OTP, Reminders, Chatbots, and other tools to support your business.

Whapi itself is a web-based application that can be installed on Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems.

FEATURES

WHAPI will provide the following features:

1. Access to web-based applications with WhatsApp API features that are already available.
2. Application supports personal and business WhatsApp accounts
3. Supports Multi-device.
4. Auto reply for chatbot needs.
5. Accurate and real-time application logs.
6. Complete API endpoint support
7. Customer support.

ACCOUNT

To use these features, you must first purchase or register an account in the WHAPI application. The account will be available to anyone who has your account login information.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your WHAPI account. And you are also responsible for all activities on your account including use by more than one person.

USAGE

GENERAL USE

After you have completed the payment and have received the WHAPI license via email, you can enter the license into the application. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Read these WHAPI Terms & Conditions carefully.
2. Use the WHAPI application that is only directly related to your business/needs.
3. Maintain the confidentiality of your WHAPI account access.
4. Receive commercial information about products and services from WHAPI.
5. You cannot extend the active license period before H-90
6. Make sure the email you registered as a WHAPI account is a gmail or active email that you always use.

APPLICATION USE

1. You are only allowed to send something that has full rights to be used and published on the Internet.
2. You are only allowed to send messages that have been authorized by the owner of the contact.
3. You are only allowed to send messages to active numbers for at least 1 year from the last day you broadcast.
4. Make sure you have validated the sender's WhatsApp number before trying to send a message to the sender's number.
5. You are strongly advised to use a WhatsApp Business number that has been actively used for at least 30 days.
6. You are not allowed to create an account on WHAPI using a temporary email (such as a 10 minutes email).
7. One WhatsApp number is advised not to send more than 100 broadcast messages in 12 hours.
8. If you want to send more than 100 messages in 1 day, please use an additional sender number.
9. It is forbidden to impersonate, claim, or falsify the identity of another party/institution.
10. It is forbidden to claim to have an affiliation with another party without having official supporting documents.
11. It is forbidden to change the original WHAPI script, because it will result in the support guarantee, and the license being forfeited or permanently banned.

LICENSE EXPIRY

We will send an email to remind you that your license period at WHAPI will end soon. The reminder email sent starts from:

1. 7 days before it ends.

PAYMENT, REFUND AND PACKAGE EXTENSION

PAYMENT

1. You are obliged to make payments according to the time and amount specified. WHAPI offers 1 month, 3 months, and 12 month subscription packages.
2. Renewal reminders will be generated automatically when your expiration date is approaching.
3. WHAPI has the right to change prices at any time.

REFUND

1. WHAPI is a third-party application, where in its use (Broadcast feature) there is still a risk of being banned by WhatsApp. Any refund requests resulting from being banned from WhatsApp, then the request is not valid. By purchasing (or) using WHAPI, you understand that there is no refund / refund process.
2. WHAPI does not guarantee that all features provided will continue to run normally forever. If one day there is a feature that does not work, then you must understand that the refund process cannot be done in this situation.
3. If your WhatsApp number is banned by WhatsApp due to using the WHAPI application, the refund process cannot be done in this situation.

LICENSE EXTENSION

You can extend the license before the license expires with the following provisions:

1. The license that can be extended is only one that is valid for H-90 or less than 3 months, the rest cannot be extended.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND CONTENT

In using the WHAPI application there are limitations to your use and content, namely:

1. You are prohibited from sending messages on behalf of another company without permission.
2. You are prohibited from spamming. If many of your numbers are banned by WhatsApp, your license will be permanently banned without prior notification from WHAPI.
3. You are prohibited from transferring ownership of your WHAPI account to anyone else for any reason.
4. You are prohibited from sending messages to contact numbers that do not have permission from the owner of the number.
5. You are prohibited from sending content that offends SARA.
6. You are prohibited from sending content in the form of insurance products in any form.
7. You are prohibited from sending content in the form of buying and selling crypto money, blockchain in any form.
8. You are prohibited from sending content in the form of bank credit in any form.
9. You are prohibited from sending content in the form of stocks and/or trading in any form or type.
10. You are prohibited from sending content that involves gambling and fraud or scamming activities in any form.
11. You are prohibited from sending content that involves scrapping or data collection activities without the permission of the data owner.
12. You are prohibited from sending content that involves threats or violence.
13. You are prohibited from sending adult or pornographic content.
14. You are prohibited from sending content that contains money game activities.
15. You are prohibited from sending content in the form of alcoholic beverage products in any form.
16. You are prohibited from sending content in the form of medicinal products or something that stimulates pleasure such as marijuana or the like.
17. and content that is not in line with religion and morals and that violates the laws in Indonesia or the country where You stay.
18. Any negative impacts resulting from the activities you do in the WHAPI application are your responsibility.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. WHAPI provides you with customer service in the form of Live Chat Telegram, Whatsapp, customers can also contact via email.
2. WHAPI customer service related to complaints and other services is carried out during working hours, namely 09.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB

PRIVACY

All data that you enter into WHAPI is our responsibility to maintain. WHAPI will not store numbers, message data, and other sensitive data. We will also not sell your data to anyone. We try our best to keep your data safe, but we cannot guarantee your data. No security system is impenetrable. Please backup your data regularly. Violation of the usage policy may result in a permanent license ban without prior notice. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
